Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RoutineHQ ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Your RoutineHQ account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not use RoutineHQ for unlawful or harmful activities.
2. Use of the service
RoutineHQ grants you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app.
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell or redistribute the service
- Attempt to circumvent technical limits
- Reverse engineer or decompile the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
3. Free plan and paid plans
RoutineHQ offers:
- Free plan: up to 3 routines, unlimited runs
- Plus plan: unlimited routines + advanced features
You may upgrade at any time through Paystack.
If a payment fails or a subscription expires:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan
- Access to Plus features is limited until payment is restored
4. Payments & billing
All paid subscriptions are handled securely by Paystack.
- Prices are shown in the Pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Receipts are emailed automatically for every charge.
- RoutineHQ does not store your card details.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- After expiry, your account reverts to the Free plan.
6. Refunds
RoutineHQ offers refunds where required by law. Otherwise refunds are discretionary and handled case by case.
7. Data & privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
You can request account deletion at any time and we will permanently remove your data.
8. Service availability
RoutineHQ aims for high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update, change or discontinue parts of the app to improve reliability or features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RoutineHQ is provided "as is".
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of major changes.
